The history of mankind is characterized by a constant change in lifestyles. In recent decades, however, changes have developed particularly rapidly, bringing both advantages and disadvantages to our bodies. The progress in medical and therapeutic possibilities is admittedly enormous, but everyday life is always becoming somewhat unhealthier. This can be seen particularly well in estimates according to which about every second Central European is said to already have posture problems in childhood or adolescence.
Lack of exercise & poor Posture
The biggest factor in this alarming development is the acute lack of exercise. Not only the lack of sports is a problem, in principle the leisure time activities are experiencing a change. The boom in technical devices - from computers to smartphones - means that young people in particular are doing more and more activities while sitting. As a result, health problems such as hollow backs, hunched backs or protruding shoulders are becoming more common. At least in the detection of a malposition, an important progress has now been achieved.
