Frequently asked questions

Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your order number.You can always check the status of your order on the order confirmation page.

We will also inform you by e-mail as soon as your shipment leaves our premises. In this e-mail you will also receive your shipment number, which you can use to track the delivery of your package via the homepage of the parcel service.

If you order before 3pm, we will process your order on the same day. Generally, your order will leave our facility within 1-3 business days and you will receive your merchandise within 3-7 business days. We always try to meet delivery times, but if we are busy (including during a sale), delivery times may be slightly longer.Please note that there are always delivery issues with shipments to packing stations. We therefore recommend that you refrain from shipping to a Packstation.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please send an email to hello@jessicashine.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please put "change of address" in the subject line and include your full name, order number and the corrected shipping address.

Please check all folders in your inbox, including junk and spam folders. If you still can't find your confirmation email, please email hello@jessicashine.com to make sure you gave us the correct email address when you paid.

We currently offer a 30-day, risk-free return policy after your order is delivered!If you would like to return your order, simply contact us and let us know if you would like to return or exchange your products.

If you have any complaints about defects or breakages, we ask that you always document them with a picture and text. You can also find more information in our Refund Policy

Within 12 hours of placing your order, you may cancel your order by contacting us. Each order remains in process for 12 hours until it is forwarded to our facility for immediate fulfillment.
